ACCOMMODATIONS / ROOMMATES

Please select your roommates prior to registering/sending payment and list them on your registration slip.  If you only have 2 roommates, you MUST pay the price for 3 to a room, etc.

It is your responsibility to select your roommates.

(In the past, it has taken us hours to contact people who paid for 4

to a room, but only listed 1 roommate, etc.)

If you do not have a roommate, please contact us before

registering.  (It is helpful if roommates send their payments

together in one envelope.)

Although we try to accommodate requests, they are not

guaranteed.

Also, please let us know if you are bringing a baby.
