#1: "COUNT IT ALL JOY when you fall into various trials." (vs. 2)… Recall God's perspective and purposes for trials!

#2: "KNOWING this, that the trying of your FAITH worketh patience." (vs. 3)… Rely on God's promises in your trials!

#3: "But LET patience have her perfect work…" (vs. 4)… Remember to let the trial run its course – as God designs and permits this for your spiritual growth and maturity.

#4: "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ASK OF GOD…" (vs. 5)… Repeatedly pray for God's wisdom to do His will.

#5: "BLESSED is the man that ENDURETH temptations; for when he is tried, he shall receive the CROWN OF LIFE, which the LORD hath PROMISED to them that LOVE him." (vs. 12)… Recognize that responding correctly to trials is worth it both in time and in eternity!
